Alek Frost lives in Three Rivers, Michigan. He was raised in Bay City, Michigan, and attended college at Central Michigan University. He drinks more coffee than any reasonable person should, is a self-proclaimed pun king and an avid basketball fan. He is a staff writer for the Three Rivers Commercial-News and loves the sense of community and togetherness he feels while living in downtown Three Rivers.
