S. Alexandra Harper

Alexandra Harper's life currently mimics that of Grévy's zebras, San Juan orcas, Monarch butterflies, and other migratory animals. In the past year she has made a large loop from Spring Arbor, Michigan to Seattle, Washington to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Millinocket, Maine where she is—at the time of writing—residing in an off-grid log cabin south of Mount Katahdin. Each year Alexandra's travels move her to new destinations and new friends, always returning her to the nostalgic southern wrist of Michigan's mitten. She is Topology Magazine’s Managing Editor.
