Artful dispatches from the places where we find ourselves
Nate Maxson
Nate Maxson is a writer and performance artist. He is the author of several collections of poetry, most recently The Age of Jive and the forthcoming The Whisper Gallery. He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In his words, “I've lived in New Mexico most of my life now and adopting a place as your home gives you a deliberate connection that you're much more consciously aware of compared to living in the same place your family is from your whole life. New Mexico is the borderlands: where the mystic encroaches on the familiar. It sticks to you like dust from Route 66.”
