Allegan, Michigan (2015)
The First Presbyterian Church of Allegan started the Community Lunch in 2011. It slowly grew and was supported through grant funding, primarily through the Allegan Community Foundation. They now have a paid lunch director, and volunteers from many Allegan churches help out as well. The meal feeds 90 to 100 people every Wednesday. The two gentlemen pictured, Bob Hunt and Robert Meunter, are both regulars at the lunch and they have become good friends through it.
